EII vs SEI

Note

The two halves of the presented scale are constructed not at all on the AVERAGE properties of each of the two types, but on the maximum separation of these two types by their properties (for this, the criterion of the difference in the heights of type peaks in the question profiles is used). That is, the properties of the types in the two scales presented for them are, as it were, additionally repelled from each other. This means, for example, that the properties common to both types in these question lists are leveled out; they are completely removed from the questions. The scales include only those type properties that are associated with traits whose poles differ between them. In short, these scales can and should be used only for DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS of the two types relative to each other, but by no means for diagnosing each of them separately on the basis of only its own half of the scale.
