Qe + Se

Behavioral Markers of the Joint Amplification of Qe and Se

This is generally an interesting topic, previously not described in socionics at all (unfortunately). At the same time, simultaneous “strong” combinations of functions can be highly non-trivial and produce a vivid behavioral picture. The list of markers below was obtained from 10 thousand questionnaire items (with known socionic profiles) by selection according to the following criteria:

  1. Both Qe and Se in the question profile must be simultaneously positive (above average)
  2. The main selection criterion is the sum Qe + 0.4*Se (Se is taken with a smaller weight because it has higher variance — giving greater weight to Qe makes it possible to approximately equalize the contribution of the functions to the traits).

Thus: Qe + Se
