Base and Creative De
Base De
In theory, it is characteristic of ESE and LIE. It combines the properties of declatimity, democratism, positivism (inert declatimity), result, and a linear-assertive temperament.
An optimist who knows how to rejoice and enjoy life, believes in themselves and in luck. Always part of the “pack”, the “mainstream”, following the majority, fashion, and trends of the times - thereby often forming and expanding the mainstream. Easily gets involved in ventures that promise bright prospects and easily involves others, regardless of cultural, age, national, or institutional differences.
“You are just like me”, “all people are similar, everyone wants the same things, so why not unite for common goals” - these are slogans often heard from base De. This is the function that sparks grassroots initiatives, due to which society is gradually built as a system of horizontal connections, where interactions occur on the principle of “you help me, I help you”.
The downside of base De is a lack of interest in complex matters and deep global issues. This often results in carelessness, belief in simple solutions, getting involved in problems without a clear understanding of their nature, and a tendency toward overconfidence.
Also, for all its frequent boldness (a consequence of their unwavering optimism), one should not expect a person with base De to recognize the necessity of “breaking the system” if it is clearly leading everyone down the wrong path. No, the actions of dynamics in this sense always only superficially modify reality, redistributing resources within it but not challenging its foundations or world order. Dynamics never take actions that would threaten their access to resources (for LIE, this is usually financial resources as a tool for changing the world; for ESE, it is the resource of attention and popularity in their environment). In some cases, their refusal to take more radical steps may be perceived externally as collaborationism, though in reality, it is not. It’s just that De is not the function that demolishes rotten walls and builds new ones, it’s the one that makes life in any house bearable for everyone living there, no matter how well or poorly the house was built.

Creative De
In theory, it is characteristic of SEI and ILI. It combines the properties of declatimity, democratism, negativism (contact declatimity), process, and a receptive-adaptive temperament.
Like base De, it is indiscriminate about whom it communicates and associates with. However, its unique traits, stemming from its introverted irrationality on a declatim background, include tolerance, acceptance, and an uncritical attitude toward others’ flaws and vices. It’s often willing to engage in minor, inconspicuous “dirty” tasks (whether physically or sometimes morally), as long as it avoids unnecessary strain. Frequently, it excels in fields like waste processing or disposal, or takes on roles such as a scavenger—buying and selling goods of dubious origin or acting as an intermediary in morally ambiguous deals.
In the background, it keeps tabs on the reputations of everyone it interacts with, to understand whom it’s safe to associate with at the moment and whom to avoid. It never rushes into risky situations or stands out where it’s unnecessary. It skillfully adapts to the demands of society, catering to its desires. Overall, it tends to play the role of a collaborator more often than others, acting according to the “pleasing both sides” approach without fully committing to either, keeping room for maneuver if needed.
Deep down, it’s often a dyed-in-the-wool pessimist, fully aware of the negative aspects and trade-offs of its position, but willing to accept them (“the world is like this, and I won’t be able to change anything”; “if life takes advantage of you, but you’re too lazy to do anything about it—at least try to gain something from it” could be a possible attitude).
