TestMyBrain Vocabulary
Determine your vocabulary
Vocabulary is one of the best measures of crystallised intelligence: the knowledge and skills that accumulate through education, reading, and experience. Unlike the speed of reasoning, it tends to keep growing well into later adulthood.
This TestMyBrain test is adapted from the Wordsum test of the General Social Survey: for each word, you choose which of five options is closest in meaning. Put simply, it measures the breadth of your English vocabulary.
On the following pages, you can determine your vocabulary by completing a short task. It has to be completed in one sitting.
The results will be provided immediately after you have completed the final trial. Please note that the results you receive can only be reliable to the extent that you work attentively and without help.
This test is part of the validation study for the Quantitative Socionics Inventory. In case of any question, please write an e-mail (contact@quantitativesocionics.org) to the research team.
