IPIP-NEO-300

Determine your Big Five facets

The Five-Factor Model describes personality with five broad traits: Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness to Experience, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness. In the NEO Personality Inventory of Paul Costa and Robert McCrae, each trait is divided into six narrower facets.

The IPIP-NEO-300 measures all 30 facets, from Anxiety and Gregariousness to Imagination, Altruism, and Self-Discipline, with ten statements each. Put simply, it gives one of the most detailed pictures of your personality available in the public domain.

On the following pages, you can determine your Big Five facets by responding to 300 statements. This will take about 25–40 minutes, and you can pause and resume at any time.

The results will be provided immediately after you have responded to all statements on the final page. Please note that the results you receive can only be reliable to the extent that you respond seriously and honestly.

This questionnaire is part of the validation study for the Quantitative Socionics Inventory. In case of any question, please write an e-mail (contact@quantitativesocionics.org) to the research team.
