IPIP-HEXACO

Determine your HEXACO personality

The HEXACO model of Kibeom Lee and Michael Ashton adds a sixth trait to the Big Five, Honesty-Humility, which was found when personality descriptions were compared across many languages. Its six traits are Honesty-Humility, Emotionality, eXtraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Openness to Experience.

This IPIP version measures the 24 facets of the HEXACO Personality Inventory, four for each trait, such as Sincerity, Fearfulness, Social Boldness, Patience, Diligence, and Creativity. Put simply, it gives a detailed picture of your personality, including how fair, modest, and sincere you are in dealing with others.

On the following pages, you can determine your HEXACO personality by responding to 240 statements. This will take about 20–30 minutes, and you can pause and resume at any time.

The results will be provided immediately after you have responded to all statements on the final page. Please note that the results you receive can only be reliable to the extent that you respond seriously and honestly.

This questionnaire is part of the validation study for the Quantitative Socionics Inventory. In case of any question, please write an e-mail (contact@quantitativesocionics.org) to the research team.
